Positive: The apartment is conveniently located: there’s a metro station and a bus stop nearby, a supermarket right across the street, and overall it’s not far from the city center. The apartment has a spacious bathroom, a decent kitchen, and a comfortable mattress. Negative: The main downside is that there is no window in the apartment. The “terrace” is actually just the space between the apartment entrance and the exit to the street. Also, there was no kettle in the kitchen. And the fitted sheet kept slipping off the bed, probably because it was too small for the mattress.
